Advancing begins
We kick off advancing with every artist's team. Riders, production, hotels, crew sizes, and special requests: all documented.
4 weeks out
Hotels locked
Room blocks confirmed, rooming lists built, early check-ins and late check-outs requested. Every artist accounted for.
1 week out
Flights confirmed
All travel cross-referenced. Arrival schedules shared with ground transport. Backup plans in place.
Show day
Full team deployed
Artist handlers, stage managers, runners, and transport on the ground. Real-time coordination via radio across every stage and backstage area. Ready to rumble.
Week after
Debrief delivered
Incident reports, artist feedback, and recommendations for next edition. All documented and handed over.
